Brief: To ease occasional critical comments addressed to Pierre Baguette products
Solution: To manage a FB page of a food client means, among others, to address on a daily basis the critical comments relating to the quality of products. However, instead of generic responses we showed the human face of Pierre Baguette – the employees who passionately make those products. In this manner, we strengthened the credibility of the brand and proved that it stands behind its people and is proud of their work. Moreover, the fans themselves challenged many other gastro brands and a joint campaign was created in this way for quality honest local food, headed by Pierre Baquette.
